Strength and Balance Sessions at Heyford Park Community Centre

There is a new Strength & Balance (falls prevention) session starting from this Thursday. It will run weekly in term – time.
Strength & Balance
Thursdays 11 am – 12 pm
Evidence-based exercise class focusing on developing strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. Uses chair for support and a range of equipment. Ideal for people who are worried about their balance. Medium intensity and low impact.
First session free, £4 thereafter. If referred by GP or health professional – 6 weeks for free.
