Reporting a Problem in the Parish

FixMyStreet is an application that reports issues directly to the District or County Councils (Cherwell and Oxfordshire respectively).  You are able to see whether issues have already been reported and logged or you are able to report a new issue.  You don't need the Parish Council to do this for you, anyone can do it.  Problems reported on FixMyStreet are almost always dealt with quicker than via emails and you can track where your report is and who is dealing with it.  The application can be used to report issues with:

  • Bus Stops
  • Cycle Paths
  • Drainage and Flooding
  • Countryside Paths
  • Roadworks
  • Verges, hedges and trees
  • Parks and carparks
  • Road traffic signs and road markings
  • Roads, pavements and general highway matters
  • Rubbish, littering, fly tipping, dog fouling and the environment
  • Street lighting
  • Permanent traffic lights

For crime and antisocial behaviour, our local policing team is Bicester Rural, whose details can be found here.

IN AN EMERGENCY, ALWAYS CALL 999

For all other issues, please contact the Parish Council and we will do our best to help.
